What happens once you contact us?
Discovery Meeting(s)
Once we connect with you or receive your contact form (below), we will contact you to set up discovery meeting(s). In these meetings the AG team will get to know you, and how we can best service you in the areas needed.
Proposal and Review
Once we complete our discovery meetings, the AG team will propose a solution based on the information gathered in the discovery meetings. When the proposal is reviewed and accepted, we then set up a kickoff meeting. If we find your requirements are not suited to our current services, we will find and refer you to another firm who will be able to assist you more effectively.
Kickoff Meeting
Once the proposal is accepted, the AG team will set up a meeting with the project stakeholders to go over project details and how to guide the project to success.
Project Execution
During the project execution, all of the plans to deliver products and services discussed in the proposal stage will be executed as efficiently and seamlessly as possible, with proper communication to project stakeholders when necessary.
Closeout
In this final stage, all project deliverables will be organized and and presented to the client.
Research Projects
For research projects, we require discovery meeting(s) to understand what your initial needs are. If we find that we are unable to to assist in you in your research project, we will refer you to a firm that is better suited to gather the information that you need.
Payment Transparency
Depending on the project, we offer payment by an hourly rate, a lump sump, or a retainer.
Hourly Rate
We recommend an hourly rate for anyone who knows they need our services but are unsure of how we can best assist them.
Lump Sum
We recommend a lump sum for projects that need to be completed on a set budget.
Retainer
We recommend a retainer for any client who is coming to us with a specific set of requirements in mind.
